• Our tried-and-true system of quality assurance makes it easy for us to guarantee the treads.  Each of our employees follows a system of checks and balances that reveals any less than ideal materials.  We use a specific mix of concrete in each product, and constantly check that the tread meets our standards.
• We focus as much on our clients’ specific needs as we do on our product’s integrity.  For instance, if an apartment owner calls and has no idea what type of tread he requires, we take the time to learn his concerns and explain our product.  By the end of the conversation, the client has the information he needs, and we’ve hopefully made another stairwell safe for use.
